Unknown Speaker 0:01 Good, good. How are you? I'm doing well, Unknown Speaker 0:12 hey, hey, good evening clay. Clay Douglass 0:17 You know it is evening man. I don't know if you can see behind me, but the these Speaker 1 0:24 days last about 40 minutes. Seems like it, right? You know, all day we're in concrete bunkers. And, you know, yeah, have you been Clay Douglass 0:35 haven't spoken with you in a while? Speaker 1 0:37 You know, I'm I'm doing okay. I got sick on Thursday, Friday. But anyway, not that a weekend can't cure. There you go. Hey, Yazdan, Clay Douglass 0:51 so Nathaniel allowed me to introduce you to Yazdan, or have you guys met before? Maybe on a previous No, no, Unknown Speaker 0:57 we haven't met. Okay? Clay Douglass 0:59 So the good news is, everybody here on this call is written code. We can have kind of a technical conversation. My goal for this conversation is to take you through Vervana Pro and talk about how we're going to to integrate with freedom. We're not going to be focused. Most of our conversations so far have been focused on the cultivation side. This is around the post harvest to the retailer. So that whole complicated process, and I'm going to take you through what we're doing and related to this is not just the sunrise products that are coming to freedom or at freedom, but also the the existing stock that you have that will go out into into the market as a real time, you know, real time thing. So just to, just to back up the whole point of Vervana is that there are a lot of very smart, motivated, incentivized people in the industry who end up very confused, and there's a lot of like, wasted time and a lot of errors, and a lot of us have to do a bunch of monkey work. So the idea is to have one shared source of truth, both internally, so across multiple roles within freedom or any other organization, and then externally to to other stakeholders and other roles. So to give you an example, as soon as you get a CLA on a batch that's coming from the lab to an email address, and then that would have to be routed like out to other people manually, right? And maybe someone's sick, like you were on Thursday, Friday or not available, and it just kind of sits there, right? So you have a lot of like, coordination, communication tax within the industry that slows things down. So, so what we're doing is ingesting all of that information from email, from Drive or cloud drive systems, from ERPs, from all these different sources, and then making it available based on a sharing agreement with whoever needs that. So like, let's say you've done a deal with a GMP processor, an API processor. There's a whole lot of information that they need about the company, and then about the batch, and that's available there in Vervana Pro always live, always up to date. They can access it and use it in their process. Then as a batch moves through the logistics process, you can track where is it? When is it going to arrive? All of these coordination topics that ultimately lead to, when is it going to arrive at a retailer, when consumers actually start paying for it so the money can go back into the system? Any questions on on that? Unknown Speaker 3:56 Nathaniel, no, no, that makes sense. No, it's so I'm Clay Douglass 4:01 just going to share my screen and show you some interfaces. We're actively working on this, so things will change. So I see this more as like a collaboration, rather than a, you know, here's a product call, customer support if there's a problem, right? We're kind of, we're kind of building this and and your insights like very valuable, you know, as we do it. So I'll just start out sharing with you here this. This is actually, I think I'm going to share this to start. So this is, this is demo data. This is the interface for Vervana Pro. Everybody gets a chat, GPT style chat. And this, there's a role based access control. So if someone's in quality, they only see what someone in quality should see. If they're in commercial, they'd only see commercial. I think, knowing you and Tim, you would have a broader access because your organization, your culture, is very really values transparency. All of those are settings that can be adjusted right for who gets to see what some people want, a more siloed organization, and then you can ask any question that you want, and we're using rag in order to pull all of that information in. So this is kind of like, whenever anybody starts with chat GPT, they're like, Yeah, but can I, you know, I would love to, like, ask questions about what's going on in my company. It's like, well, we were trained on Shakespeare in the Oxford Dictionary, so we don't know anything about your company, right? So this is always up to date with with what's happening. And as I mentioned, the ingestion is with MCP. So I'll just kind of take you through this process here. So this is, this is a 30 day timeframe. This is a particular role that we're looking at. And as you scroll along over time, the documents here start to assemble. And the way that I think about this is like, like Santa Claus is like gathering all of the gifts and then goes and delivers them. So as the batch moves through the process of producer, sample, out to lab, picks up a COA logistics to send it to the processor. Processor does a retest, repackaging. It's out to a market releaser, import, export permits. Along the way from the processor, it arrives there's a market releaser, they have a whole dossier that they need to produce. Then it goes to a distributor, it's at their warehouse, and then it goes to the retailer, and those configurations will be different, right? I'm describing what I think is the most complicated and most German process, you know, if it's something that's happening domestically, like, you know, within the province, it's going to be right. But anyway, you can see the documents here. We started with six, another 15 documents, you go, and then as we assemble this, there's just more and more documents. And this is kind of the brain breaking part of the industry. And it's also where, like, if you think of yourself as, like, one link in the chain, and maybe you're amazing, right? And you're made of titanium, but if you're connected to, like, some Fisher Price chain, doesn't matter, right? Breaks, so, so yeah, you can just kind of see this over time, because this is the demo now, 22 documents and all this. So I'll just show you another screen here. This is giving you a visualization as it moves towards the retailer. Then for each role within a stakeholder, they have a set of tasks that are relevant to the processes there, right? You're always getting something from someone completing a task and then passing it on to someone else. And you know, it'll pull up the relevant documents, and there's an AI review and summary of those docs. And this is all about, like, expanding the capacity of each person each role, so that they can do more. And like our vision, like way out in the future is you pour your morning cup of coffee. But of course, everybody needs to be doing more so the days will fill up, but we want to make the current processes much more efficient and effective, less cognitive load, less looking, looking, searching, waiting, oh, shit. Now I see it now. Okay, so, okay. So here you have your list of tasks that are tied to your role, like I'm a QA this is what I owe somebody I talked with Tim. This is going to be promises to keep or something like that. And then if I click here, I see, what is my task, what is it that I need to do right? And what are the documents that I need that are relevant to that for a more complicated task, like the QA batch release, we spoke with another companies, a number of companies, where this is like a six hour process right now, here you have all the analyzed. So if you click here, you have the reference doc cited, and then you have all of the key information that's extracted from that Doc review like for you right in that role, so it pulls all the information together so that you can prepare that dossier in minutes rather than HOURS. Any questions so far? No, nothing specific. Okay, cool. So now I'll show you something where there's more, there's more, kind of complex decision making involved, and how the how the system addresses that. So let's say, God forbid, there's a need for remediation, right? So what, what Vervana does is give you three alternatives and a solution, recommended solution, so you'd have option one here, and it evaluates based on your goals. So what are the pros and cons of these different solutions, like working with different remediators, and there are a lot of filters there, like it needs to be someone in your country to not trigger Import Export permits, which will cause a lot of delay. And then you can click to see the reasoning, and it references all the docs and gives you historical context on you know, if you've faced this before, you have the different data sources, the supply chain impact, since you want to get it to market as fast as possible, and the financial analysis. So all of this is Vervana pulling it in, analyzing and advising you. Then you can click Approve and execute, or you can chat about the recommendation. If you want to execute, you can go to an agreement with the remediator, and then all of the comms, all the communication around it is here, so it'll draft the email or notify within Vervana, so that each person who needs to know will know what you decided and what's going to happen next, and then can track it so you can click Approve and execute. And this is this combination of intelligence, which for us is off the rack, right? We're buying it from open AI, from anthropic, from grok, whatever. And the intelligence choice is kind of based on the complexity of the challenge. And then you have the context which is brought in through MCP from you and from the other organizations who decide to share with you, and then you have the action what needs to happen. So intelligence, context and action are kind of the key drivers. So last thing is, is just kind of basic tracking here, import, export process. When is it expected to arrive? Fully tracked. As soon as it hits the inbox, it's uploaded. Oh, sorry, I gotta share the right tab every time. Okay, so this would just be, you know, import processing, import, export, permit processing. So now I wanted to show you kind of how this is set up. So you'll add a team member here, Sarah Johnson, and it's Sarah, and then I select a role. And let's say that Sarah is the operations manager. This goes straight to the RBAC. So what will Sarah have access to? What will she not have access to? And I can add that she's added. I can add all the other team members. And the next step is to connect the system. So let's say I'm going to connect with Clay Douglass 13:57 Google Drive, and then it explains, you know what, what's going to happen when I connect, it'll pull all of this information in, this is the security, all of that. And then I'll click Next, and I can start connecting with industry partners. And since all of us are regulated, we're all in a database. So every government has a database of who's active and who you know in the industry. So from that database, which, right now with Health Canada, is just over 1000 of producers, you would then decide, based on your commercial agreement with that company, what are you going to share, and what do you want them to share? So this is a link up, and you can say, I want to share my batch test results, my inventory levels, all this stuff, because I'm doing deals with them, and I want to hear from them, market demand, data, retail feedback, all this stuff that they can share. So that's how you make that connection. And then you define the goals that you have, like, what are the things that I'm focused on? And then that takes you to Vervana Pro and you log in any questions on that. Unknown Speaker 15:13 Oh, that makes sense. Cool. Clay Douglass 15:17 So in terms of the economics, I did a deal with with Tim for free. I thought I was going to have to pay him at some point. So he got away with free. But for everybody else, if you're a cult, if you're like a distributor, retailer, processor, it's 2500 US a month. There's a 20% discount if you buy an annual and then, if you're a cultivator, it's 1000 US per month, and you get one room included in that and access to everything for the sharing each additional room is 1000 and there's a lot of we're not really talking about cultivation now, but there's a lot of like data processing, and it's pretty expensive to run each room for us. You know, we have the live cameras where we're pulling in all the information, and gets pretty pricey right away. Then for any observer, and observers can see all the information that you share, so there's no reason for them not to sign up. Like, let's say you're talking with a buyer. You could say, hey, sign up for Vervana as an observer, and you're going to see all my batches that are available, all the information where they're located. If they're in a processor, you can pick it up, all of that. They'll see all of that in real time. They just can't upload their own information, so they're going to keep communicating with you by email, phone calls, WhatsApp, whatever it is, but they'll always be able to see the observers of free forever status, so they'll see everything that you've got you know to help with that coordination. So let me go back to the different stakeholders who are involved. So you have retailers. So let's say that you're selling through our retailer in Switzerland, you would get data back from that retailer on how things are going, right? How are my sales? How's all of this for a distributor, they could share like your current stock. They can also see where your product is, when it's going to arrive, and then that information from the distributor can be shared with the retailer so they know, when can I order this I'm out of stock. People love it. When is it coming back in stock? All of that shared automatically with them. Then for a processor, they'll share with you here, the retest for the EU, GMP, COA stability data, everything that you would need to see from them, you don't have to ask for anymore. It's all just automatically available as it becomes available in their system. Same with the market releaser. Here's the full dossier. It's ready to go with trade finance. We have a couple of trade finance companies that do factoring. They have all the information from you that they need here, your corporate data, your gacp certificate, all of that. And can track where things are in the process to they pay you, and then they, you know, they get paid by the by the buyer. Lab data, all the lab data, traditionally, you know, sent through, through a COA, but can come back to you directly in the system. We're also adding now a chat so that you can chat directly with any of the stakeholders that you work with, and then it pulls in all the information in real time that you would need to answer any question or then Logistics is giving you, where's my product, you know, the tracking data, if you're using, like, a, like, low powered Bluetooth device that's pinging like an air tag and is giving you the GPS and the temperature and the humidity, So you can look for any kind of excursions, Customs Brokers, that whole package of information to make sure it goes through customs quickly is assembled here. Lives here. They can access it all. And then, if you work with a network of sommeliers, they can come in and see give feedback on the product here, and that becomes part of the package that you have. So any questions or comments on that? Nathaniel, Speaker 1 19:28 no, when do we? When do we start setting up? Yeah, information, Clay Douglass 19:37 yeah, exactly. So my plan is to start this week with you on the on the MCP to start ingesting the data, and then we'll start looking at all the different partners that you have and set them up with the observer status, and set up the R back so that they can see everything that they that you want them to see, and nothing that you Don't. And same internally, we'll define those stakeholders and and make sure that the tasks that they have are relevant for their roles. So, okay, so that's the plan. Unknown Speaker 20:14 Okay, cool, I'm available. Let's get started whenever. Clay Douglass 20:20 Great, cool. Well, if you don't have any more questions, we're just gonna keep going head down here building, and I'll hit you up, or Justin will hit you up and we'll schedule the next step. Speaker 2 20:33 Okay, sounds good. Thanks, gentlemen. Great. Thanks. Okay, great. Bye. I Transcribed by https://otter.ai
